I was designated the go-to manager of everyone and everything long before I understood people do these things for a living. My professional journey in administration and operations began in the late 1990s as a receptionist at a pharmaceutical advertising agency in New York City. I have since grown to leading the administrative operations for a division with multiple teams and manage administrative and operations staff.

My experience has spanned the fields of academia, corporate, health care, and non-profits. In these roles, I have been responsible for project planning live and virtual courses, meetings, events, start-up launches, database build and roll out, complex travel itineraries and more. I’ve also managed digital marketing, communications, database management, and project management tools, amongst other tech. I have also been in the entrepreneurial space for 7 years.

With a Master of Public Administration, professional development certificates in digital marketing and various technologies, a 7-year entrepreneurial history, and my over 24-year professional experience, I am ready to oversee your project and offer tech management which will aid in the efficiency and growth of your business.
